After having just come down from the high of Christmas, New Year’s and Liv’s birthday within a matter of weeks, it’s hard to fall prey to the conspicuous January Blues around here this year. But just in case you’re in a post-party slumber, a few favorite January finds to cheer you up.
Favorite finds this month include these adorable organic slouch baby pants, this Sailor’s knot bracelet (so pretty) and the prettiest layered maxi dress at the very best price (might not be spring just yet, but I do love the color!).
Have I mentioned my love of little mocassins? Still addicted. And who doesn’t love storewide discounts on favorite scarves? Infinity scarves are my favorite at the moment and I’m working on turning a few of my traditional scarves into versions of these by sewing the ends together.
I have always preferred my bags to be super simple. No chains or excessive use of exterior pockets or flaps or tassels. Love this one. This mint green and gold chevron necklace gives me a nudge to to try more tribal (I picked up these guys recently too and have dug the pattern).
I featured an amazing rock lamp in my last inspiration board, but Land of Nod returns with another inexpensive and awesome lighting solution. I’m sure you’ve seen it bouncing around the web? Last but not least, I love this new floral paper jewelry box from UO. How sweet on a dresser or displayed in the dining room (perhaps to hold napkin rings, votives and matches and such) for all to see.
PS you can find all inspiration boards posted on the blog here.
Thanks so much for including my Sailor’s Knot on your inspiration board! I absolutely love everything you picked out (especially that tote bag — I just got the black one as a belated Christmas gift!)
My pleasure! You’re so talented, I love your bracelet!
I just had to giggle at those baby pants…totally adorable! Too many other pretties to choose just one. Now I need to go put my credit card on ice to prevent a spending spree!
Aren’t they just too cute and funny? Clearly only for a baby that does not need his legs for crawling and moving about, but I do love them!!
