A Little of This & That… Renovating, Decorating, DIY Projects & Family
A Little of This & That… Renovating, Decorating, DIY Projects & Family

A big, whole-hearted thank you to everyone for their comments after Friday’s post! I was a bit unsure of whether or not to post belly pics but I’m so happy I got the chance to share one of my little joys of pregnancy with everyone! (Hmmm… on second thought maybe it’s not such a little joy – it’s actually a watermelon-sized joy at the moment. A watermelon with little legs that are jabbing the right side of my stomach as we speak.)

I’m also super excited to share a giveaway today that is pure vintage print lovely! Vintage Paper Parade designs whimsical, stylish paper products and I’ve loved every little collection that Debra has developed. I was thrilled that she wanted to announce her latest creations here – and offer a giveaway to one lucky winner!

With beautiful typography, darling images and a retro-esque feel to the invites, recipe cards, labels, cupcake markers and rest of the collections, there is something timeless and lovely about the shop that I can’t resist. (The silhouettes maybe? or the classic illustrations?)

Up for the giveaway today is two different versions of the Hostess Package – everything you need from labels to favor tags to bookplates {in this adorable print or the big image at top} plus a gift card to the shop and free shipping!

Well, those are all very cute! My favorite is the “Eat, Drink, and Be Merry” tags! What a fun idea that can be used for so many different things! I have my fingers crossed!

I am hoping you mean October and not April :P

I love the sweet fawn print items, especially the gift tags!

My favorite hostess gift has to be homemade food goodies we can all share, Yum.

I love the Little Bird Personalized Note Cards. So cute, but really everything is adorable!

As a favorite hostess gift, I love to bring seasonal items, such as a cute pumpkin with candy corn in it or a pretty pumpkin shaped vase (awesome one at Crate and Barrel right now!).

I visited Vintage Paper Parade and I love love the golf cards! They would be so perfect to send to my guy friends and family! I also loved the cards with initials. Personalized notes are great to send and receive.

I think Hostess gift two is my favorite because of the bookplates! I have so many books and cookbooks and would love to personalize them! Great giveaway

I LOVE all of the patterns, but I especially love the Elephants because I went to Alabama and the the Baking ones because I love to bake! I am so glad you featured them on your blog bc I love everything!!

For hostess gift….I like to give a breakfast goodie basket to friends w/fresh bagels, jar of homemade fruit jam, coffee or tea and a cute little teacup or mug. I’m thinkin the ‘merci’ tags would be the perfect addition!

I’ve been a happy little follower of PDB & fan on fb for quite a long time, and just became a blog follower & fb fan of Paper Parade. Thanks for pointing us in Debra’s direction. I’m excited that she’ll ship to friends for gift giving, including a personal note….awesome!

Wow, so many possibilities of ways to use these cute items! My fav is the book plates – the hostess reminds me of my Mom & her friends back in the 60’s!!

Choose my favorite? Seriously? They are all so super adorable. I really love the mushrooms, and the squirrel, and the halloween kids. So cute!

Wonderful designs! The lanterns are my favorite, but I would love any of those designs. Love the hostess packages too (what a great gift!)

The Paris Party is my favorite although I am now thinking of excuses to throw a party so I can use the adorable hostess cards!

I’m such a francophile, so of course I’m going to gravitate toward the Merci print. :) When I give a hostess gift, I like to bring something unique from where I’m living (since I’m currently calling Texas home, I might bring some local bbq sauce or salsa with an awesome recipe for a Tex Mex meal). Thanks for hosting this giveaway!

  • Lisa

I LOVE the fiesta cards…too cute! Of course the toadstools and tractors and everything are also great!! My son has a birthday coming up and these invites would be perfect! Thanks for the giveaway opportunity!

I love so many of the VPP items! Especially the animal ones (bird, elephant, squirrel!) and the Eiffel Tower ones too! I love receiving non-food hostess gifts like guest soaps, guest towels or serving utensils.

I love ALL things paper. Some people collect fabric. I gather paper. It’s what I call my fabric. I can’t get enough of it!
